Whenever we’d eat cauliflower with meatballs, my mom would make these cucumbers in a sweet and sour liquid. I loved eating cucumbers this way, and when the meal was over, I’d often drink the liquid!

1 Cucumber
80 ml Water
160 ml Distilled white vinegar
2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Mix water, vinegar, and sugar. Make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
Peel your cucumber, and slice it really thin.
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and water/vinegar mixture. Cover, and let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge
