Speculaaskruiden

Learn to make my speculaaskruiden, a mix of different spices that are essential for some of the Netherlands’ most famous cookies: speculaas (or speculoos). You will also use these in making kruidnootjes, taaitaai and many other fall/winter favorites!

I have made a large batch of these before, and put them in smaller glass jar to give away as gifts around the holidays!

I have not yet tried very many of your recipes, I do want to try the Pepernoten for my family, my grandparents came her from the Netherlands at the time families came here, and I like to try some Dutch recipes, trying to keep my heritage alive. Thank you.
